Hello, n nI received this package yesterday. Thanks for shipping it so quickly, but I must express that I am rather dissatisfied with the print. I have found it to be printed neither at "high resolution" nor on "heavyweight archival quality paper" as per the listing. It arrived on thin paper, dog-eared, and is blurry. I work in the print industry and looking at this under a professional loupe glass, it is definitely not 300dpi and nowhere near as crisp as the image online. Your illustration really is beautiful and this low resolution print does not do it justice, so I am very disappointed that I will not be able to hang it. n nI suggest that you clarify the true resolution and paper grade on the listing for future shoppers. n nThank you. n
